E-MAIL SETUP & HELP

What settings do I need to configure my device/PC to send/receive mail?

You can configure any computer, tablet, or mobile device using these settings:

Mail Settings w/Encryption
      Type:    IMAP
      Incoming Mail Server: falcon2.world-net.net
      Outgoing Mail Server: falcon2.world-net.net
      Username/Login: <your email address>
Incoming Port: SSL ON;   Port 993
      Outgoing SMTP Port: 465

POP3 / NON-SSL Alternative Settings
If you are in a situation where you would like to use POP3 instead of IMAP, or your antiquated device doesn't support SSL (HIGHLY not recommended), here are the settings you will need to utilize instead.

    Incoming Port POP3: - SSL OFF; 110
Outgoing SMTP Port: 587 (turn SSL off)

If you are confused about IMAP vs POP3 and which to use, or which you HAVE been using and want to continue to use, please Click Here
    IMPORTANT NOTES:

    1. Make sure you fill out login & password for BOTH incoming and outgoing. Even if a blank in your setup says 'optional', it's not.

    2. If you have a hosted domain email account with us, and your mail program wants to use your domain for the incoming/outgoing settings by default (auto-filled-in) - change them to the settings at the top of this page. \ SSL security and certificate authentication only works if you utilize our SSL Certified server names listed above.
